Use of names
The names NISM and SEBI, and the names and numbers of the certification examinations, are used on this site purely descriptively — to identify which examination a particular study module relates to. All trademarks, service marks and trade names belong to their respective owners. Their use here does not imply any endorsement or relationship.
The official NISM website is nism.ac.in. Registration for a real examination can only be done there.
What we do not do
- We cannot register you for an actual NISM examination.
- We do not issue NISM certifications, and cannot influence your official result.
- Certificates issued by this platform record your progress on this platform only. They have no regulatory standing and are not a professional qualification.
- We do not distribute NISM’s copyrighted workbooks.
Accuracy of study material
Our lessons and questions are original material written to explain the syllabus in plain language. A substantial portion is generated with automated assistance and published continuously, with each lesson recording the source material it was derived from.
Securities market regulations change frequently — limits, tax rates, timelines and circular references in particular. We make no warranty that every statement is accurate, complete or current. Always verify against the official NISM workbook and current SEBI circulars before relying on any specific rule professionally.
Found something wrong? Please report it from the lesson or question itself. Reports are reviewed and acted on.
Not financial advice
Nothing on this platform is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, and nothing here is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security. Examples involving specific instruments, funds or figures are illustrative teaching devices only. Consult a SEBI-registered investment adviser before making investment decisions.
No guarantee of results
Your readiness score on this platform is an estimate based on your performance here. It is not a prediction, and it does not guarantee that you will pass the real examination. Passing depends on your own preparation and the actual paper you sit.
