Terms of Use

1. What this service is

NISM Professor is an independent study platform, operated by Mitesh Bhavsar, that helps you prepare for NISM certification examinations. We provide explanatory lessons, practice questions, chapter tests and mock examinations. Access is currently free; registration is required.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old to register.
• Provide accurate details and keep your password confidential.
• One account per person. You are responsible for everything done under your account.
• Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• copy, scrape, republish or resell our lessons, questions or explanations;
• use automated tools to harvest content or create accounts in bulk;
• share your account, or sell access to it;
• create fake accounts to inflate referral rewards or leaderboard positions;
• attempt to breach, overload or interfere with the platform or other users’ accounts;
• upload unlawful, infringing or abusive material through any form or report field.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules, without notice where necessary.

4. Our content and accuracy

Our lessons and questions are original explanatory material written to help you understand the syllabus. Much of it is produced with the assistance of automated systems and published continuously. We work hard to make it accurate, and every lesson cites the source material it was derived from — but we do not guarantee that every statement is correct or current.

Securities market regulations change. Always verify a specific rule, limit, rate or date against the official NISM workbook and current SEBI circulars before relying on it professionally. If you spot an error, use the “report an error” option — it genuinely helps, and we act on reports.

5. Intellectual property

The lessons, questions, explanations, design and code of this platform belong to us and are protected by copyright. You may use them for your own personal exam preparation. You may not reproduce or distribute them.

“NISM”, “SEBI” and the names of the certification examinations are the property of their respective owners. We use them only descriptively, to identify which examination our study material relates to. Official NISM workbooks are copyright of NISM and are not distributed by us.

If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, contact grievance@nismprofessor.com with details and we will investigate promptly.

6. Advertising

The platform is free and may display advertising. Advertisements are not endorsements. We do not control advertiser content, and any dealing you have with an advertiser is between you and them. We do not show advertising on timed examination screens.

7. Liability

The platform is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of it — including examination results, career or financial consequences, or any decision you take based on our content. Nothing on this platform is investment advice.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the platform at any time. We may update these terms; if we make material changes we will update the date above and notify you in the app.

9. Ending your use

You can delete your account at any time from your account settings, which erases your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
